(A) You must first be a registered member. Once you have registered simply login to your account and click on the "Sell" link. The first thing to do is select a general category for your item, note that you can choose a more specific category further into the listing process. You can then enter in your chosen settings and item description |

(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are selling by visiting your members area and selecting
the "selling" page. |

(Q) Can I use HTML when listing an item?

(A) Yes you can, however we recomend you use basic tags as complex HTML descriptions may not display correctly. |

(A) To place a bid on an item you must first login to your account. Once logged in a bidding box will be displayed at bottom of all auction pages. You can use this box to place you chosen bid |

Site fees are a nominal commision paid to kerjen.org in exchange for listing your items for sale. Sign up is FREE but not limited to a fee placed on additional features and services such as highlighting, bolding, featured gallery, additional pictures, multiple catagories etc.

(Q) Are Site Fees Taxable?

Yes, but only if you are a Canadian User, your site fees are subject to 7% GST on all advertising and auction listing or selling fees!!

(Q) Why do you use PAYPAL?
|
|
We use PayPal because they are truly and "Auction Friendly" system of collecting fees, processing your auction sales and not only in Canadian funds but in U.S. currency and other denominations as well. They also take virtually all credit cards.
You don't need to be a PayPal customer to pay through them, however, they do ask a few questions for security reasons as this is the Internet and everyone is basically anonymous so it helps to weed out those who's interntions are to commit fraud.

(Q) How do I get Paid for MY Auction Sales?

There are various methods of accepting payments but from our experience the best method is PayPal!!
PayPal is really set up Internet Auctions as well as other online businesses. They take all types of credit cards, can process e-checks and also provide a level of seller protection as long as you have proof of delivery.
You can also use your own merchant account but the best and most econimical method is an immediate processing system - hence PayPal!!
